1.The Post respects the rights and interests of the Pageant's participants in its collection, processing, or use of personal data (e.g., name, phone number, mailing address, and email address) in accordance with the provisions of the "Personal Data Protection Act." 2.Personal data collected for the Pageant will only be kept in electronic or paper form and will only be processed or used by the Post for this Pageant within the territory of the Republic of China. The data will not be disclosed to third parties. 3.Personal data of the Pageant's participants will be kept for the duration of the Pageant and for one year after the Pageant ends. Personal data of prize winners will be kept for one year after the Pageant ends. Personal data of prize winners who have received a tax withholding statement will be retained for the duration as required by applicable tax laws.
